在GOPATH目录下新建bin、pkg、src三个文件夹
如果使用的ide是vscode 建议重启系统
存放地址：%GOPATH%srcgolang.orgx

存放地址：%GOPATH%src下 一级目录是url中的域名，即：github.com
子目录结构同url地址
