这个问题下众多托福高分者都分享了答案，看上去都很有道理，但都没有讲出方法背后真正起作用的关键。真正高效的方法，其实背后都遵循了“刻意练习”的原理。来，先复习下“刻意练习”的三个重点：1.在学习区练习2.大量重复训练3.不断获得反馈什么？有人没听说过“刻意练习”？快移步该回答中的Part 4部分进行学习：怎样复习托福可以考到 100？ - 梁跃的回答，本文不再赘述。接下来我且谈一谈如何针对托福听力进行“刻意练习”：1. 如何在学习区练习对于听力训练而言，保持在学习区的关键就是选择合适的听力材料，知乎已经有高人总结过了“你最多只能听懂你读得懂的东西”，而你的词汇量和语法基础决定了你能读懂什么水平的英语文章。个人粗略量化一下“读得懂”这个标准：平均每100词遇到的生词不超过1个，同时每200词遇到需要停下来仔细分析的。大家也不用死抠这个标准，如果你感觉阅读某个材料时生词很多，或者读起来生涩难懂，那么这个难度的听力材料就不适合你。但是也不要选那些听起来也毫无鸭梨的材料啊喂！选那些读起来刚好能懂，听起来要很专注，并且费点力气才能完全听懂的材料才是最好的。2. 如何重复练习并获得反馈：既然这个问题问的是“托福听力如何快速提高”，我就直接提供一套以TPO为材料的练习办法好了，Attention！采取这一步骤的前提是，你已经能够读懂TPO难度的文章，读不懂的回去默默的把词汇和语法都整过关了（另外，文尾有福利，有比这个回答详尽的多的公开课视频。）先陈述方法，后面我会解释为什么这套方法有效: Step 1: 直接把一篇听力题目做完，但是做完不要对答案。
Step 2：阅读听力原文，划出其中的逻辑词。
Step 3：对照题目，在原文中找到出题点的位置。（这一步你会发现大多数出题点都在逻辑词后面。）
Step 4：题目选项分析，即找到了出题点之后再去仔细分析每一个选项，重新做每道题目(记得这时你还没有对答案）事实上这一步相当于在做阅读理解，在这一步中，如果你发现哪道题的答案和之前纯听的时候不一样，可以分析一下为什么不一样（多半是有地方没听明白，或者信息理解错位了）。
Step 5：对答案，看看纯听的时候和做阅读理解时各自错了多少，仔细分析错题的原因。
Step 6 : 仔细阅读听力原文，保证将其理解透彻（没有生词，没有读不懂的句子）
Step 7：跟读，逐句模仿发音，然后整段跟读，直到脱稿。
Step 8：精听原文，重点关注逻辑节点以及考点处的内容，反复听，直到完全吃透为止。托福每篇听力长3~6分钟，这样一套流程下来，每篇大概耗时45~60分钟。每天挑出整块的三个小时，练上那么3~4篇，半个月能练接近50篇，这样短期大密度的训练，才会有立杆见影的效果。有的筒子啊，隔天练那么一两篇，这是休闲..不是训练。反馈在哪里？这样一套方法操作下来，你实际上做了一次听力和一次阅读，根据两次的错题分析和对比，你可以精细的区分去哪些问题是单纯因为没听懂做错了、哪些是因为自己对内容出现偏差做错了、哪些是因为题目意思理解不清错了——而不是笼统把这些都归结为自己“听力不好”。只有足够精细的反馈，才能让你下一次训练更有目的性。此外，为何要加入跟读的步骤？首先，模仿发音有利于你熟悉播音者的语调、连读、弱读等特征，一方面有助于提高听力，同时对你的口语有助益；其次，你跟读一遍相当于听了两遍（听力材料是一遍，你自己读又是一遍）；其三，一直听的话也挺累的...跟读是一个很好的调剂。
阅读的学习方法：
基本就是单词书，相关软件狂刷。反复刷来刷去。
然后长难句反复刷个70多句。tpo训练则是和听力的差不多，追求精确的反馈 。

问题分析
question1 what does professor mainly discuss?这个问题是源自第一句话，还是个问句one of the big questions when we look at prehistory is:why did the earliest states form?

question5 why does the professor mention upper,middle,and lower classes? 源自第7段，by definition 前后。
question6 what is the professor's opinion about the environmental approach?源自第最后一段，but 前后。这一道我错了，就是but前后我没有get到，but后面是在批判这个approach的。并且是举例子批判。but 前说有一些地方适用这个approach but后面说有一些地方不适用。所以选c。some supports it some contradicts it.
