之前做Bootstrap4的sharing时就了解过这个东西，刚好最近要用到，就深入的研究了一下。
简单点说，Normalize.css就是个CSS RESET(样式重置)的文件。
何为CSS RESET？

OK，在搞清楚了之后，回到今天的重点。
Normalize.css和CSS RESET的不同点在哪里？
1、normalize.css并不是简单的重置了所有的样式，保留标签语义化
normalize没有对所有标签采取一致的重置方式，而是有针对的修改，同时也保留了标签的语义化。
2、normalize.css覆盖更多的标签
这点体现在html5的标签上。
