SNIMissingWarning,InsecurePlatformWarning 以及 GotoBLAS : Architecture Initialization failed. No initialization function found.

• 前言
  • 接了一个新的校验任务,但是核对期望数据得要用一个已有的程序生产,然后就出现以下坑以及填坑方案;

• SNIMissingWarning: An HTTPS request has been m ade, but the SNI (Subject Name Indication) extension && InsecurePlatformWarning: A true SSLContext obj ect is not available.
  • 这2个报错是连在一起的,按照网上的说法 直接 pip install pyopenssl ndg-httpsclient pyasn1, 但是问题并没有解决,仍然报错.
  • 前往官网https://urllib3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/advanced-usage.html#ssl-warnings,发现"This happens on Python 2 versions older than 2.7.9",查了以下服务器的python版本,2.7.4,Orz.
  • 直接升级到最新版本:

    sudo add-apt-repository ppa:fkrull/deadsnakes-python2.7

    sudo apt-get update

    sudo apt-get install python2.7

  • 解决问题.舒舒服服.
•  GotoBLAS : Architecture Initialization failed. No initialization function found.这个问题简而言之就是版本问题,涉及到多个lib环境.
  • 目前用的2.7.12. 直接
  • statsmodels==0.8.0
  • scipy==1.0.0
  • numpy>1.8
  • matplotlib>=1.5.3
  • 解决问题.
• GotoBLAS 调试版本配置过程中会遇到各种提示,找到报错位置,安装对应lib就行,另外基础环境大致 apt-get install python-devel libffi-devel openssl-devel 就行.
