罗塞塔石碑安装失败
最近同事介绍了一款学习外语的软件，然后安装，结果在Windows 7上安装失败，提示错误信息为：
there is a problem with Windows installer package.A problem run as part of the setup did not finish as expected.contact your support personnel or package vendor

后来搜索了一下，发现了解决方法：
如果没有猜错的话，应该是Windows Firewall服务被禁用了。
安装过程中Windows Firewall服务需要保持启动状态。
启动”Windows Firewall”服务：开始→运行→Services.msc→Windows Firewall→启动。
然后再次安装就成功了。
