1）查看当前版本：

2）执行更新：
sudo apt-get update sudo apt-get upgrade sudo apt-get dist-upgrade #可选
3）重启系统：
sudo reboot
4）升级系统：
do-release-upgrade
Note:升级会从14.04->16.04->18.04,不会一步完成！
5）升级完成：
