I tried to open the SharePoint - 80 throw Browse in IIS, but I get HTTP 404 Error (The webpage cannot be found). And at the browser when type http://sharepointserver or http://localhost I also get HTTP 404 Error.
Is that normal? I think it is not. Does anyone has a clue how to solve this issue?

From URLs provided it seems that you have created a site collection under "Sites" Managed path. Are you getting 404 while browsing "http://sharepointserver/sites/myTeamSite/"?
If you are getting 404 while you are trying to brows http://sharepointserver/, then it is obvious since you have not created a site collection at root level of web application. In this case please create a new site collection and make sure that while creating it, you select only "/" instead of "/sites/" in a drop down available in site collection URL section.
