windows安装较简单，不做特别说明，安装包下载地址：
- TSVN(TSVN的最新版本为1.6.12，对应SVN1.6.15版本): http://tortoisesvn.net/downloads
- SVN客户端：*http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ProjectDocumentList?folderID=8100
以下介绍linux升级过程
Step 1: 下载安装包（两个）
wget http://subversion.tigris.org/downloads/subversion-deps-1.6.12.tar.gzwget http://subversion.tigris.org/downloads/subversion-1.6.12.tar.gzStep 2: 安装，将上面的2个包拷贝到同一目录，然后解压缩
$ tar xvzf subversion-1.6.12.tar.gz;tar xvzf subversion-deps-1.6.12.tar.gz;
Step 3: 编译安装
./configure --prefix=/home/admin/usr --with-openssl=/usr/bin/openssl --without-serf && make -j 8 && make install
 | ubuntu下安装，须先执行以下操作 sudo apt-get update |
$ cd ~/subversion-1.6.12/ $./configure $make clean $make $make install
| ubuntu下安装 最后一步是sudo make install |
Ubuntu下快速升级

svn: Unrecognized URL scheme for '这是svn以webdav协议访问的时候需要 neon库，我们需要安装这个，可以在subversion的源代码目录中，将下载的neon展开，并且目录名称命名为neon。
1、wget http://www.webdav.org/neon/neon-0.25.5.tar.gz
2、tar -xvzf neon-0.25.5.tar.gz
3、mv neon-0.25.5 neon
然后 编译subversion 就可以了。
