吴裕雄--天生自然SPRINGBOOT开发实战--解决：Project build error: 'dependencies.dependency.version' for javax.servlet:jstl:jar is missing.

这个原因大概是配置文件里统一配置了依赖的版本，新加入的这个依赖找不到版本(因为同意规定版本号)
自己再添加依赖的话，就要配置一个dependencyManagement
解决办法，在dependencies标签外，添加dependencyManagement即可。
