国外的博士论文很多工作系统性强，条理清晰，是科研者很好的参考资料。可是怎么样能够搜索并下载到fulltext，比如如何利用好Google工具来检索呢，大家来讨论下，各抒己见，互相学习，共同进步吧:)
1、利用专业的博士论文数据库
如proquest数据库(ProQuest Dissertations & Theses Database)也是很不错的.

收录欧美1000多所大学的250万篇博、硕士学位论文的题录和文摘，美国国会图书馆指定该数据库为博硕士论文数字收藏资源。
2、Google搜索，注意是利用Google搜索，而非Google学术。设定限定条件和关键词，确定类型，可以找到一些想要的资源。同时注意网址，可以尝试去掉一级后缀，打开前一级网页，又会发现很多新的有用东西。
