wepy内网环境下进行项目初始化异常处理（Failed to download repo standard: read ECONNRESET）

内网环境下wepy init standard mypro报如下错误

C:UsersCPIC>wepy init standard mypro
downloading template   wepy-cli · Failed to download repo standard: read ECONNRESET

由于wepy命令并没有开代理，如果是属于内网环境下的话，需要设置如下代理

set http_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:1189    

set https_proxy=http://127.0.0.1:1189  

wepy init standard mypro

然后在执行项目初始化即可
