随着公司Agile 和 DevOps 工作的深入展开,在一个team squad 中出现了更加清晰的角色,在众多角色中我们出现了一个IM 的角色 ,本期文章我们探讨下 IM 在一个乃至多个squad 中的定位和作用,是否能够为项目更好的迭代和运营提供支持以及质量保证,同时也能够team member 在有限的时间内做完分派的内务而同时也能保证有一定的时间继续提高技术和业务技能。

Review itertion results as part of iteration retrospectives
Encourage squads to use Agile Team Tool in app guidance and help guides
Empower squads to use the community forum to answer their questions
Guide squads in adopting new Agile Team Tool features
As new measures are published ,squads are not required to enter historical data

同时 IM 需要定期的参加一些会议 ,跟其他IM做沟通和知识分享。
同时在每个iteration结束的最后一天 需要做回顾 --retrospective
review iteration data ; plan commit or delivery points ,并记录下那些没有结束
