winform 后台数据管理 + Asp.Net Mvc 前台数据展示 + Xamarin.Forms 移动端跨平台APP

因为本人的代码水平一般，期间遇到了一些问题，如signalR跨域，xamarin.forms 跨平台通知，rtf文本的显示...
花了大量的时间，有的解决了，有的没解决。
但最后整个项目还是能够勉强运行起来，已经能够作为一个Demo来展示了，我将此阶段性成果记录到我的博客上。
