1、准备工作：
操作系统：Windows10 专业版或企业版
JDK安装：参考文章 http://www.cnblogs.com/yuwentao/p/4742575.html

2、下载Android Studio 3.12集成开发环境：
下载地址1：http://www.androiddevtools.cn/
下载地址2：https://developer.android.com/ (这是官网地址，需要翻墙)
下载完成之后，点击安装文件，一路 “Next”安装完成
3、安装SDK Tools工具
可以下载Windows安装文件进行下载，一路“Next”安装即可：
如下图所示：
注意安装时文件夹路径名称不能有空格！
4、配置 SDK manager
重启 Android Studio 3.12 IDE，点击 SDK Manager主界面，点击Tools—>Option菜单
在HTTP Proxy Server下输入：mirrors。neusoft.edu.cn，在HTTP Proxy Port下输入：80，最后再勾选Others下的Force HTTPS....，点击确定。
5、使用SDK manager更新Android Studio开发所需要的各种工具和更新需要的包。
