C:Program FilesMicrosoft VisualStudio10.0Common7IDE

then running

vsdiag_regwcf.exe -i

Remark: I'm running an x64 version of Win7, and though 99% of Visual Studio is located in C:Program Files (x86), this tool is in C:Program Files
