问题描述：

构建flutter项目时没有问题，跑起来时出现错误：The ADB at "androidSdk\platform-tools\adb.exe" is too old; please install version 1.0.39 or later

问题原因：flutter v2 sdk要求adb版本1.0.39或者以上

解决方法：升级adb工具版本

Android studio -> SDK manager ->Updates ->Check for Updates
