sublime text3主题插件： Seti_UI
插件安装：
在线安装：需要翻墙
window： ctrl+shift+p 找install package；之后搜索 Seti_UI
安装完成后需要配置：
在首选项 -> 设置 -用户里加入
{
... //其他的设置语句，比如字体大小啊 什么的；
"theme": "Seti.sublime-theme", // 这句是加入的
}
之后就可了
版本比 sublime text3065 低的就不要用了，不支持；
