背景：数据量过大1000w以上，前台搜索商品，使用like %keywords% 无法使用mysql索引。使用locate,substr,mysql虚拟列（5.7以上），都无法解决问题，遂决定上sphinx搜索引擎。
完整步骤如下：
1、编译安装sphinx
2、服务器上复制script/sphinx/conf.d和sphinx.conf到/usrl/local/sphinx/ect
3、修改上述复制的.conf里的路径，数据库配置信息
设置conf文件。很关键中文的需要设置ngram_len=1,否则会搜索中文，搜索不到结果。
sphinx扩展无需安装，直接用sphinxapi.php

3、做软连接

4、新建sphinx的数据文件和日志文件目录。并设置权限。

5、启动sphinx,命令是
searchd
6、无报错，执行首次索引全部
indexer --all --rotate
7、编程
使用官方sphinxapi.php 或者 sphinxSql。ecstore bbc 采用的是后一种方式，关于这2种方式的选择差别详见官方文档。
实际操作也发现，使用api.php查询出来的结果并不正确，更倾向使用sphinxSql
