提示：
- 安装之前先要安装vcredist_x86.exe或vcredist_x64.exe（vc6，vc9，vc11等，和下面对应）。
- 确保apache和php是用同样版本的编译器编译出来的，如果是vc9都要是vc9，如果是vc11都要是vc11，否则会出错的！
- 安装apache的时候确保80端口没有被占用。
