然后登录到,Developer开发中心去，点协议证书还是一样提示

点了OK没有反映，网上找了一下说是因为浏览器问题，因为国内网速不好，有一个协议同意界面没有出来，所以这样。。。
前面用了chrome,IE都不行，
然后换了firefox浏览器登录就出现了如下图。。。。勾选后I Agree搞定。。
