这是一个KanColleViewer（俗称”提督很忙”）用的插件（Plugin），用于增强KanColleViewer的功能。
This is a plugin for KanColleViewer to enhance the function of it.
これはKanColleViewerためのプラグインです，KanColleViewerの機能を拡張する。
KanColleViewer从3.0版本开始，可以加载非作者编写的WPF UserControl并显示，因为我就是做WPF的，而且目前基本没有人为KanColleViewer编写插件，所以写一个插件的想法就应运而生了。
如图为Provissy Tools在KanColleViewer里显示的主界面。
#功能 / Functions / 机能
点击“展开功能”可展开功能菜单。
Click”Expand function” can display function menu.

->自动的统计功能，会记录你的每一次开发，建造和掉落，并且会记录你的资源数量。
这些记录保存在KanColleViewer的目录下，你可以手动打开查看，或者用内置的”查看统计数据“功能来读取并显示。
Automatic statistics, it will record your Build, Develop and Drops. The statistics files are saved in the root directory of KanColleViewer. You can open them use your own app or use “Show Statistics” in the plugin.

你可以注册一个账户，并且将你的统计数据同步到服务器，在KCV误删时能找回统计数据。
You can create a account, and sync your statical data to server.
注意，在目前版本登陆是自动的，您的账户信息保存在KanColleViewer目录下一个名为PrvToolsUsrCfg的文件里，请妥善保管，登陆功能会在以后的版本加入。
Attention. In current version, sign-in is automatic, your account information is saved in a file called “PrvToolsUsrCfg” in the root directory of KanColleViewer. I will add “sign-in” function in future ipdates.

#使用 / How To Use / 使い方
首先，你需要一个KanColleViewer，前往这里下载：http://grabacr.net/kancolleviewer
First of all, you need a KanColleViewer, click here to download : http://grabacr.net/kancolleviewer
下载Provissy Tools，前往这里下载 ： http://provissy.com/ProvissyTools.dll

下载完成后，右键点击下载好的dll，点击属性，然后点击”解除锁定“。
After downloaded, right click the download DLL file, click “Properties”, and then click “Unblock”.
将文件复制到KanColleViewer目录下的Plugin文件夹里。
Copy the file to “Plugin” folder that in the root directory of KanColleViewer.
启动KanColleViewer，点击”ツール”(工具）选项卡，然后点击 ProvissyTools，即可看见欢迎界面。
Start KanColleViewer, go to “ツール”(Tool), and then click ProvissyTools, then you can see the Welcome Page.
