Sublime text中文乱码解决办法

安装这个插件可以解决编码混乱问题

首先必须先配一下Sublime text ，安装 Package Control

1.  用Sublimt text 打开任意一个文件，Ctrl+~ 这个命令打开控制台，或者在菜单栏  View -> Show Console 打开控制台

打开后如下图

2.  sublime text3 输入以下代码

按下回车，安装完成后，会多一个 package control
