此时python版本2.7，requests版本2.12.4在命令行输入python后导入模块，import requests之后有警告：

这时了解可能跟cryptography模块有关，当前这个版本为3.0，进行降级处理成功导入了requests模块
pip install cryptography==2.9
pip install cryptography==2.9
