关于IIS下发布网站出现3005错误的问题

各位大神：

           本人第一次部署网站，我是用VS2010开发的，先在本地发布在本机上后，将发布后的文件拷贝在服务器的文件夹下然后配置服务器上的IIS，之后网站可以正常服务，但是服务器（win server2003）运行两天左右后报出“应用程序正常初始化(0xc0000044)失败”，必须重启后才能正常使用。查看了系统日志后发现报如下的警告：

小弟十分不解，有下面几个问题：

1.服务器出现上述的问题真的和网站的这个警告有关系吗？

2.C:UsersAdministratorDesktopWebOfZzxyWebOfZzxyWebGlobal.asax.cs:line 87

是我工程的路径，为什么在发布出来之后还能是报这样一个位置的错误，而且代码里面没有关于工程位置的代码
