1. Open Anaconda prompt (can be downloaded through https://www.anaconda.com/download/)
2. Find the location for R.exe in your computer (e.g. D:Program Files (x86)R-3.6.3in) and start R.exe. If you didn't install R.exe before, please visit https://cran.r-project.org/mirrors.html to download it.
3. Type the following commands
- install.packages('IRkernel') #install the package named IRkernel
- IRkernel::installspec() #make IRkernel available for jupyternote book
4. open the jupyternote book through your start menu
