iLO 是HP Server的一个亮点，有了它，你可以不要PCanywhere，Remote Admin， VNC， NetOP …… 最大的亮点是，它可以实现服务器的冷启动、热启动，甚至蓝屏僵死在那里，可以模拟power键长按，或只按一下。另外它可以虚拟本地的光驱、UID灯或串口等。 当然还有更多其他的功能，下面我就把我的设置过程讲述一下：
1. Start server system to the item abut iLO
2. Click "F8" and enter iLO BIOS
* set DHCP: disable
* set a fixed IP
* modify the dns name
* iLO RBSU loggin: enable
* modify the administrator password (default, user:administrator, password: hpinvent)
3. Click F10 to save the settings.
4. Open IE and key in the IP address (the above fixed IP)
5. Administration--->Licensing--->iLO Advanced License Activation
6. Add users and the permission for them.
It's OK.
