insserv: warning: script 'S90dvc-core' missing LSB tags and overrides&dpkg: error processing

sudo apt-get upgrade 过程中出现如上报错，导致很多packages error processing，解决方案如下

解决方案： 对比/etc/init.d中其他文件，修改dvc-core文件如下：

vim  /etc/init.d/dvc-core
