grid由12.1.0.2升级到12.2.0.1的时候需要安装补丁包
这里提示补丁需要在旧的oracle_home目录下打补丁的
解压:

1.停掉数据库
[oracle@localhost ~]$ srvctl stop database -d restart
2.执行roothas.pl命令(root用户)

3.回滚(grid用户)
