系统yum安装文件的时候，突然掉电重启。再次使用yum安装提示一下报错，但是能够安装成功

根据提示，需要运行yum-complete-transaction或者执行yum-complete-transaction --cleanup-only命令

需要安装软件，才行运行

yum -y install yum-utils

清理yum未完成事务
