    一、项目结构

    二、项目依赖

     三、创建项目前生成web.xml文件

    项目右键--》Java EE Tools-->Generate Deployment Descriptor Stub-->生成web.xml文件

    四、创建项目代码

    1.创建实体类

     例如:Dept.java

    3.创建服务层
