一、修改默认端口1521
1、查看数据库监听状态，并获取监听文件路径
[root@localhost admin]# lsnrctl status

2、先停止监听
[root@localhost admin]# lsnrctl stop

3、修改listener.ora 文件里面的port设置
(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=localhost)(PORT=2345)))
(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=ipc)(KEY=EXTPROC1521)))
4、重启监听，可看到已修改
lsnrctl start

5、修改初始化参数local_listener
SQL> alter system set local_listener="(address = (protocol = tcp)(host = 59.42.192.216)(port = 3306))";
System altered.
至此修改完成
