mac的terminal 里使用wget

mac 里的终端是无法直接使用 wget的
要使用wget功能 要先安装 homebrew
安装完homebrew后
执行 brew install wget即可

2.这里的家酿（homebrew）是一个mac的包管理工具，

类似于conda。
