第一步：先看官方文档的接口是怎么说的
这是重点，微信的都是以这种方式来请求的
HTTP请求方式: POSTURL:https://api.weixin.qq.com/card/create?access_token=ACCESS_TOKEN其次就是拼接他的POST数据很长一篇
