MACE环境搭建

1、安装docker     

2、安装NDK

3、安装bazel

4、拉取镜像

      docker pull registry.cn-hangzhou.aliyuncs.com/xiaomimace/mace-dev      

    (1)  报错：Unable to pull this image: "No space left on device"

       提示空间不够了，重新设置空间
