curl 无法访问 https 协议

mac升级为10.10以后，homebrew升级挂了，curl提示连接ssl失败

解决办法

mvim ~/.curlrc

proxy = http://127.0.0.1:1080

mvim ~/.gitconfig

[http]
    proxy = http://127.0.0.1:1080

先这样吧，继续考察。
