我这主要原因是一个vs项目里有多个git 仓库，这个时候tgit插件只有右键那个comit，pull有用，工具栏和菜单里pull实际上不起作用的。
直接进目录pull解决问题，然后再comit&push，多个git仓库的项目尽量不要使用tgit操作。
