读取文件 URL路由内容到字符串

1 file_get_condents();一般做读取文件内容使用     大文件时可做分段读取

$content=file_get_contents("2.sql",FALSE,NULL,1024*1024,1024);

2  file_put_contents();存入文件内容，未搜索到文件则创建新文件 

   FILE_APPEND追加至文件末尾  

   PHP_EOL 换行符

file_put_contents('./runtime/toxml.txt', var_export($data,true).PHP_EOL,FILE_APPEND);
