重装系统后，安装的新版本GoAgent，local本地文件夹下只有addto-startup.js文件。打开看了下代码，是跟开机启动自动加载GoAgent相关的。
运行*.js，可以直接在CMD里面操作。
Step 1 >> CD the path of the fold containing addto-startup.js file
Step 2 >>wscript //e:jscript addto-startup.js.js
