1113: No mapping for the Unicode character exists in the target multi-byte code page

windows版本nginx启动 报错。

启动方式：到nginx所在目录
执行：nginx.exe -c conf ginx.conf

原因：所在路径中含有中文字符。

解决：换个没有中文的路径。
