1.程序集放入dependencies目录，nuget安装时会优先查找

<settings>
<repositoryPath>..Dependencies</repositoryPath>
</settings>

2.创建project模板

VS->FILE->Export Template //创建模板

New->Templates>Visual C# //使用模板
