I will talk about the collaboration this time. You know in modern age, team spirit is very important. Which is a question of beeing asked frequently in many job interviews. By now, so many things are need collaboration for to complete. As almost every project are finished by many persons, a few to hundreds or thousands. The cooperating between by superior will be stronger, the collaboration between companys will lead to much more success. And defeat the opponents. How to be work together with others well ? Maybe I have no qualification to give the answer about this. Inspite of the qualification, I would like to say somthing about it. First, you know everyone could possible be your teacher. So don't look down on others. It's the foundation of collaboration. And for second, to take initiative is also very important. It would advance the cooperate. And last, the key of cooperation is to be honest and responsible. If you are, it will leave over a good impression to your partner.
It would make another collaboration possible next time. To collaborate needs these requirement, to do other things, to be in other cases, All the three aspects mentioned above is also essential. Do you think so?

Tonight, I watched the Awarding evening of celebrating 100 days interval to start the Olympic games In Beijing. But a stranged thing have been found. The music star, like Zhangliangying,Liyuchun,Suxing, are very popular in mainland. They have taken part in the evening, every of their partner had close-up, but all of them didn't. If just one, I would think maybe the Cameraman do not like them, or may be it's a neglect. But the case it not, it's unusual. Oh, I found the cause. Why didn't give them a close-up on the CCTV Show, Because all of them are became popular from TV-Station of Hunan. Although I'm not the fancy for anyone of them. But it reflects the attitude of CCTV. The thing give me a very bad of feelings. So it's very natural that To be treated fairly is very luxurious. So most of the people disappointed at the goverment, at the society. Why the CCTV did things in this ugly way? I can't see CCTV could get any profit by these things. Maybe I'm so stupid in front of the society. There are lots of things which I could't ge it. The society is not unfaire, even in the CCTV. All I can do is to improve by myself.

Tonight, I got a call from my parents. My father told me that he would buy the endowment insurance and let me give him some advices. I know that it is not in a good condition about my famlily economy. I felt so ashamed. Because of my fault, make so many things bad. I worried about the health of my parents. Although I know the hard time would pass not far away. But it's not over now. The pressure on me make me feel so hard. No matter how the relations between niuniu and me goes on, I wiil give more care to my parents. They are so old, their health is not good. Today is a good day. I spent the time on all valuable things. Many thougts are emerged from my mind. Maybe I should write it down. Some ideas are very well. And tonight I watched the TV of Japan and Korea. It would be very easy to study Japanese and Korean. But most important thing is overcome the english problem. When I get it, then I'll learn the japanese and korean. The differnce beween the english and Japanese, korean, what I found, is the later listened to be easy. The procedure of to be versed in programing is a long term. But to learn foreign language is easy. Nowadays, the media is very convinent. We could learn the foreign language through the TV and Internet. Like the CBS,TBS,SBS, are good channels among the oversea channels.
