前提条件配置python2.7环境和chrome浏览器
1 安装pip
离线下载pip压缩包pip-8.1.2.tar.gz,下载地址：https://pypi.org/simple/pip/
pip压缩包解压到python安装路径Libsite-packages目录下
CMD控制台进入pip解压目录，输入：python setup.py install.
安装完成pip需要添加环境变量。
2.安装selenium模块 selenium-3.4.3版本：
1、通过pip 安装
python -m pip install selenium
2、用CMD控制台进入selenium-3.4.3目录(CMD进入离线下载的模块目录进行安装)。
下载地址：https://pypi.org/simple/selenium
python setup.py install。
3.chrome驱动下载，放置python安装路径：
下载chromedriver.exe驱动，下载地址：http://chromedriver.storage.googleapis.com/index.html?path=2.29/
chromedriver.exe_v2.29 #对应chrome v58版本 + selenium-3.4.3版本
驱动与chrome浏览器的对应版本，参考如下：
