leetcode ——83. 删除排序链表中的重复元素

独立完成第一道链表题！！！！！！

        if not head:
            return
        p=head
        q=head.next
        while q:

            else:
                p=q
                q=q.next
        return head

执行用时 :56 ms, 在所有 python3 提交中击败了76.67%的用户

内存消耗 :14 MB, 在所有 python3 提交中击败了5.01%的用户
