• “每日4+1问”理念


    中国人民教育家陶行知说我们要“每日4问”,大纲如下:

    一问身体,二问学问,三问工作,四问道德。

    身体:自己的身体有没有进步?有,进步了多少?

    1、科学的观察与诊断。

    2、饮食的调节与改进。

    3、预防疲劳的休息。

    4、用卫生教育代替医生。

    学问:自己的学问有没有进步?有,进步了多少?

    1、专一。

    2、搜集。

    3、钻进去。

    4、解剖。

    5、坚韧。

    工作:自己担任的工作有没有进步?有,进步了多少?

    1、站岗位。

    2、敏捷正确。

    3、做好为止。

    道德:自己的道德有没有进步?有,进步了多少?

    1、公德。

    2、私德。

    每日如此四问才能:

    • 每一个人身体健康上有着大的进步,
    • 学问进修上有着大的进步,
    • 工作效能上有着大的进步,
    • 道德品格上有着大的进步。

    曾子曰:“吾日三省吾身,为人谋而不忠乎?与朋友交而不信乎?传不习乎?”。

    二者的观念无不表达自省的重要性。

    我觉得“每日四问”还不够,还有一问(记录:记录做的结果)也不能少!

    每日4+1问才能真正达到大的进步目的。

    问记录:

    1、健康管理日志文件建立了没有?

            a.体重记录日志。

    • 有助于监控体重的变化
    • 近期记录体重数据的对比可以判断是否要调整饮食量和运动健身计划
    • 如果半个月或每个月记录一次,一年下来可以看出波动,这种量化的、可视化的视觉体验或多或少会强化控制体重的内在动力。

            b.病历和常用备用药记录日志。

    • 人生路途中或大或小都经历过生病的经历,想一想医院提出病历本的初衷是什么,你可能会发现如果自己的病历本从小一直保留着,那么可以分析出一些有用的结论:比较容易生什么病,什么季节生什么病,哪些药是可以治疗好自己的哪些病的等等
    • 通过记录的数据分析有助于对自身常发病的预防,很多常见病都是自身在某些时间里某些不当的饮食或者行为导致的,不定时回顾下病历,治疗的手段和用药情况受益的还可以扩展的身边的人

            c.生活中的任务清单记录日志。

                 1.当天新闻主动去关注了吗,摘录有用信息了吗?

    • 一个涉及到自身利益的政策开始实施时你已经知道政策出台的前因后果比不知道是怎么回事、一脸茫然总是好些的
    • 国家政府各部门的政策出台信息是通过官方出,不应靠小道消息,人云亦云,传来传去是容易“失真”的
    • 推荐新华社、央视新闻、人民日报公众号以及微语简报的订阅号,每天几乎固定时间推送前一天的新闻。

                 2.手机通信录、相册清理整理备份了吗?

    • 手机拍照功能给生活工作带来了一些便利,能及时“有图有真相”地记录些信息,但是信息是有时效性的,定期清理不再有用的、整理备份照片是有必要的,手机存储空间本身也是有限的
    • 不时备份了通讯录、照片,手机坏了,丢失了等情况能降低这些信息丢失带来的损失。

                 3.健身了吗,记录健身质量降低了吗,提高了吗?

    • 健身是必要的,效果却不是短时间内能体会到的,容易导致坚持健身锻炼很难做到,很难持之以恒。
    • 结合体重记录会得到更有成就感的体验,这是能够导致更有动力去健身锻炼的一种方式,良性循环。
    • 记录每次健身量化记录,今天1个俯卧撑,明天1个俯卧撑,后天1个俯卧撑,记录下来了,长时间的坚持健身记录数据,或许大后天+1个俯卧撑并没有想象中的那么困难,那么难坚持做到。

    2、读书清单文件建立了没有?

            a.已读过的书清单记录日志。

            b.待阅读的书籍清单记录日志。

            c.书籍摘录、读后感记录日志。

    3、工作任务清单文件建立了没有?

           a.月、周、日工作任务清单记录日志。

           b.工作备忘录、资料。

           c.个人履历。

    4、自己和别人的优点日志文件建立了没有?

            a.遵循社会基本法律了没有

            b.用发现美的眼睛看世界了吗,是否可以记录下来见闻,感想

            c.发现了谁的什么优点,记录下来了吗

    I think that "four questions a day" is not enough, there is still one question (record: the result of the record.) can not be less! 4+1 questions a day can really achieve great progress.

    Question record:
