刚开始我在百度上查了半天原因基本上都说是：
asm.jar和asm-2.2.3.jar这两个jar包的冲突造成的。
然后我仔仔细细的检查了我所有的jar包但是并没有发现有冲突的jar包于是我奋发图强重新做了一遍奇迹发生了竟然好了
于是我就开始比较这两个项目真的是眼睛都看花了，总算是功夫不负苦心人让我找到了它们之间的不同之处
首先是Action类里面的不同的地方
可能你发现没错啊，但是打死你都不知道原来@controller这个注解是多余的，至于为什么我就不知道了，可能是编译的时候不通过吧！
然后我们删除这个多余的@controller之后还是会报

其实到这里你要是稍微仔细一点你就会知道报错的原因是什么了：因为MyEclipse 10创建hibernate配置的时候默认用的是hibernate4
而你导入的org.springframework.orm 的版本没有这么高，所以你只要把
<bean id="sessionFactory" class="org.springframework.orm.hibernate4.LocalSessionFactoryBean">
里面的class改成你导入的org.springframework.orm架包的相对应的版本，在重新启动服务器！这样就好了！
