由于在RabbitMQ安装过程中随意创建了vhost, 导致ABP vNext在启动时报如下错误：
The AMQP operation was interrupted: AMQP close-reason, initiated by Peer, code=530, text='NOT_ALLOWED - vhost / not found', classId=10, methodId=40
经过调查，解决办法如下，也就是在RabbitMQ管理端创建相应的virtual host即可：
