解决方案：

如果你的PIP版本是9.0.1话，可以在~/pip/pip.conf配置文件中加入下面的语句，避免这类警告：

Win7系统自己创建%APPDATA%pippip.ini文件，添加如下文件内容：

format=columns

例如：C:ProgramDatapippip.ini
