一、风向数据介绍:
示例风向数据将地球以0.5为步长分为横向720、纵向361个栅格。然后记录了每个栅格中南北方向(U)、东西方向(V)两个方向上的风力值。
示例数据中data中记录了720*361=259920个风力数值。数据中已省略。
二、header参数介绍:
