错误分析:
listener 可以正常启动：

还有另外一个报错如下：
ORA-00371: not enough shared pool memory, should be atleast xxxxx bytes
也可以用同样的方法来处理。从init.ora初始化参数,或是pfile来startup。启动之后create spfile from pfile.
