1. 提示this list creation could be rewritten as a list literal

解决方法：PyCharm->settings->editor->inspection->Python->List creation could be..."

2.提示too broad exception clause

解决办法：在try上面加注释

3.ipython无法tab补全

解决方法：pip install pyreadline即可解决　

4.函数中的变量命名方式为驼峰，如ApplyUsre，PEP 8 的告警提示提示variable in function should be lowercase，关闭方法

File -> Settings -> Editor -> Inspections -> 右侧Python

在 Ignored errors 中添加要忽略的告警ID。注意，要区分是属于 coding 还是 naming。

如上图，添加 N802、N803、N806 的忽略，然后，清除缓存重启pycharm
